Central Park Apartments
This is a project of considerable ambition that has been delivered skilfully by the design team and client. In the process of being updated to the 21st century, Central Park Apartments have come to realise much of the potential that lay dormant in the original design. Serving to break down the scale of the existing buildings, new stairwell insertions have also become the focus for community life. Central Park Apartments have set a new standard for high density social housing in New Zealand.
