Job Description

I am a experienced architect and structural engineer(Bachelor Degree) from China (36 years old). Yes, I am new to this place. I have just graduated from Unitec with a MArch. I am proficient with CAD and Sketchup. I have several months of local working experience on residential projects.
Well, I felt that I nearly know everything in construction industry in China, although I do know less of that in NZ. Anyway, I am working on it and improving everyday. So I am looking for a startup positon as a designer.
By the way, I am very good at long span structure and high-rise.
Nevertheless, I have a job rightnow, and I have a working visa.
