This carefully reworked project creates a contemporary workplace environment with a strong focus on improving how people use and experience the space. Significant changes to the layout better connect public and staff areas, creating a more cohesive and functional workplace. The main workspace takes advantage of views across the city, improving the daily experience for staff. A conference room and adjoining kitchen open into a flexible multi-use area, making smart and efficient use of the existing structure. Aukaha’s design input is expressed through wall treatments and ceiling details, including a striking conference room ceiling. Overall, the project is a refined response to a constrained floor plate, delivering a sophisticated and well-resolved workplace.
