A major multi-event intervention encompasses the full restoration of the Town Hall, a major new double-height foyer space, and a welcome replacement for the much-loved but thoroughly worn out Horticultural Hall, now a major new space with a stunning window into the Gardens. Significant new work on a tight budget, combined with heritage restoration and a modern update to architecture and engineering, has produced exemplary work all round.
