With the help of their architects the Kapiti Coast District Council has created a new gateway to its growing civic core. The refitted building stands confidently alongside the library to welcome visitors on civic and administrative business. Light fills the working environment and draws people into the public area. The architects have judiciously spent a limited budget to create a facility that is a joy to work in and to visit.
