This creative studio is part of the wider renewal of a former polytechnic office building, led by owners committed to extending the life of an ageing commercial property. The Nott Office design works carefully with the existing industrial shell, using restrained interventions that strengthen the building’s character rather than replace it. A large, glazed opening connects the studio to a landscaped courtyard, transforming the previously overlooked rear of the site into a welcoming and productive workplace. The wider redevelopment is organised around a shared social space that encourages interaction between tenants and visitors.
