The size and budget of this project at Okato put it well outside the league of most New Zealand homes. While the Architect had limited design discretion, it is evident that he has spent a huge amount of time and energy ensuring that interior and exterior detailing, services and level of craftsmanship were realised to a very high standard for exacting clients.
