This reinvention of a suburban medical practice met the challenges of difficult consent requirements. The result is a homogenous commercial community building that sits well in its modest domestic surroundings and is imbued with a playful consideration of material, colour and functionality. It draws upon innovative, collaborative artist and landscape involvement to produce a patient/client experience with a charm that extends beyond the building envelope.
