The house at Windy Point sits between a rock and a hard place, but makes the most of this challenge with exquisitely crafted joinery, cunningly clever planning and stunning views out over the wildest water in Wellington. Fully wheelchair accessible, this house pulls no punches and launches serenely confident design on one of the smallest sites we have ever seen. Very clever, very simple, and very beautiful, this house is a wee gem.
