This house negotiates a balance between openness and refuge, offering both sweeping views of Tasman Bay and a sense of privacy and shelter. At its heart, a large central table anchors the home—a gathering place from which open and enclosed spaces unfold. Thoughtfully positioned courtyards extend into the landscape, offering adaptable outdoor retreats in response to time of day or weather conditions. A meticulous attention to detail is reflected in the material palette, lighting, and landscape, each contributing to a cohesive architectural vision.
