Eastbourne House
The Eastbourne House is a carefully planned and beautifully proportioned home with compact spaces crafted to maximise the sense of space and relationship to garden. Spatial proportions, along with effective site planning and material choices, contribute to the creation of a warm and energy-efficient home. Windows are carefully placed to optimise entry of light as well as provide thermal comfort. The unpretentious form is clad in cedar and concrete, which balance the simple and light interiors.
