This small office building responds to its industrial context with a simple and functional form. The entry has been cleverly located to allow for further development of the site. First floor office space is flooded with natural light from a saw-tooth roof referencing the building’s industrial heritage. The building is a great addition to an area which is being regenerated as an exciting and lively precinct.
