The architecture of this restaurant strikes the right note in distinguishing a bustling, hip and affordable restaurant from the adjacent and formidably scaled casino and hotel complex. The design, which incorporates a change of level at the rear to establish a visual connection with the street, is an exemplary lesson in fitting out a long, thin space, viable for the restaurant operator and enticing to would-be diners.
