Several strategies have been employed to improve the performance of this building and its impact on the environment. A triple skin facade is vented and fitted with internal motorised louvres that respond to changing light conditions. Its large atrium provides passive return air convection and allows natural daylight to penetrate workspaces. The project is a mature, multi-faceted response to a corporate commitment to sustainability.
