The design of the interior of this light-filled, naturally ventilated and highly legible building was driven by the desire of the lead tenant law firm to do things differently. Flanked at either end by dramatic atria the building provides connected open working areas as well as discrete areas for meetings and focused individual work. The intended effect, which seems to have been achieved admirably, is an energised, purposeful and healthy workplace. An elegant material palette complements the building’s exposed structure.
