Waterfront House
A stripped back interior has been carefully coloured with harbour tones and textures, promoting a playful melding of structure and surface. Stacking and shifting interior functions with greater intensity around the stair emphasises user exchange, while relaxed interior planning along the façades provides space for co-working and contemplation of the surrounding landscape. The selection of warm, inviting and environmentally friendly materials also promotes a ‘greener’ sense of place within the industrial context.
