Woodcock Road Residence
Twin gables herald the entrance to this deceptively simple house, which sits comfortably in a rural setting. The key to the cleverly designed plan is the central passageway. It forms the entrance, separates the generous open plan living areas from the bedroom wing and extends to become a verandah leading on to the gardens, (future) tennis courts and outdoor pool. The home is classically proportioned with a precise use of materials, while detail is tightly controlled and crisp throughout.
