Opito Beach House
There is a fresh, effortless quality to this distinctive three level design on a challenging coastal site. It combines a sure design touch and flair for detail with careful material selection and detailing to satisfy the diverse needs of the clients. A feature of the butterfly roof over the deck portion is that it gives maximum choice of sunlight or shade at any point during the day. The demanding requirement of a very large boat shed has been answered with a space that is partly, and very cleverly, hidden.
