Situated on the Cameron Road ridge on the edges of Tauranga’s central business district, this building was designed to accommodate some of Tauranga’s premier tenants across four floors. A main canopy within the recess on Cameron Road provides a sense of entry, divides the long elevation of the front and connects visitors more directly to the vertical circulation within. This building offers a strong face to the city and the design of the exterior façades is sympathetic to the environmental loads.
