Situated just meters from the shoreline in a semi-remote part of Waiheke Island, this heritage listed cottage has undergone a sympathetic and considered restoration. Careful navigation between Building Code compliance and traditional building and detailing has ensured this project remained a restoration project and not a complete rebuild.
