The clients challenged the architect to provide them with a residence at the interface of industrial and residential Waipukurau, on a site requiring two distinct entry levels. The architect has risen to the challenge, creating a well-balanced, well-planned and well-proportioned dwelling. Careful attention to detail and fenestration maximum has maximised the differing views offered by the site.
