Sachi Sushi is a delight. Harmony, simplicity and subtlety are all evident in this small restaurant set back from the road. The entrance is low and inviting. Carefully lit inside to enhance a sensuous palette of materials and colours, there is a pervading air of sophistication. It is a very successful adaptation of an old and formally invisible building.
