A sensitive response to an exposed site, this project is formed by a group of pavilion-like buildings, each shaped as a rhombus referencing the Brazilian flag. Beyond this idea, the design reads as an encampment that connects with the bush edge and nearby mountain stream. The main house wraps around a central open-air atrium, offering both outlook and shelter. Materials are natural, and detailing is inventive and refined, with playful moments such as loft areas featuring netted oculi.
