NZIA AAS 2016, NZIA AAS SF 2016 and NZIA SPA 2016 Agreements for Architects Services

This is to advise that these revised Agreements are now available on the NZIA Website. They reflect changes in the legislative framework including the new Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, the Consumer Guarantees Amendment Act 2013 and the Fair Trading Amendment Act 2013.

Changes to the NZIA AAS 2016 Agreements are outlined in Practice Note PN 3.128 NZIA AAS 2016 and NZIA AAS SF 2016 which is also available on the NZIA website. It is strongly recommended that members read this Practice Note as well as refresh themselves on the new Health and Safety legislation which becomes law on 4th April 2016 by referring to PN 1.219 Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
