Constructions Contracts Act (CCA) 2015 Survey

The amendments to the CCA Act which bring architects' work into the ambit of the Act, come into force on 1 September 2015. Architects will have a choice about whether they wish to avail themselves of the provisions of the Act relating to getting paid by issuing their fee invoice/s as Payment Claim/s.

It is recommended that you read and understand the attached summary on the new Payment Claims regime under the Act and CCA Form 1 - Payment Claim Schedule Process which must accompany any Payment Claim.
