Housing New Zealand (HNZ) Architect Panel RFP - Amendment to RFP

Earlier this week we advised members that until the NZIA resolves a number of issues with the requirements of this RFP, we recommended that you do NOT provide the financial information required nor agree to the use of NZIA AAS 2013.

We have had discussions with HNZ and they have agreed to make a number of amendments to this RFP which you can view here. The main concern of providing financial information has been deleted. Whilst this RFP will continue with NZIA AAS 2013, HNZ will be reviewing NZIA AAS 2106 for future RFP's.
