Health and Safety Templates and Documentation

This is to advise that a suite of Health and Safety (H&S) Templates and Documentation have been released and are now available on the NZIA Website in 2 locations.

They form part of Practice Note PN 1.219 Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 as Pro formas. They are also available in Other NZIA Documents in a H&S Folder along with other H&S material which will be developed in the future.

The Templates and Documentation that has been uploaded are:

It is important that NZIA Practices use these or other similar documentation to keep clear written records so as to be able to confidently say and prove that workplace health and safety practices are being implemented and monitored for compliance. Please refer to Practice Note 1.219 Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 for further information on responsibilities to keep written records.
