Anselmi Ridge Parkside houses

Anselmi Ridge is McConnell Property’s housing development on 36ha of former farmland at Pukekohe that will, at completion, have 300 dwellings. The bulk of the development is detached housing on lots of 600m2. At the heart of the development is a medium density village of approximately 50 dwellings on 2ha comprising mostly two storey terrace housing, with some three storey product. For the Parkside precinct, Construkt developed a house type that offered more compact living that the traditional standalone home, yet retained the attraction of standalone houses. This exciting concept resulted in what was called Parkside housing. The houses have relatively narrow frontage, are zero lotted (built hard to one side boundary) to maximise the amenity of garden space and overlook the lakes. The overall effect is a hybrid between stand alone and terraced housing.
