Summer Gardens Apartments
With its considerable experience in higher density development, Construkt was a natural choice as architect and lead consultant for this luxury apartment complex on Campbell Rd in Takapuna. Rezoned for Terraced Housing and Apartments under the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan, the 1391m2 site can now build to six storeys, with space for a mix of one- to three-bedroom units, two spacious penthouse suites, a rooftop terrace, gym, and swimming pool – all constructed to the highest green building standards. Positioned in a Special Housing Area, the complex will also target the required 10 per cent affordability requirement with three one-bedroom apartments.
