Haven Houses
Haven Homes are one of only four home building companies licensed by McConnell Property for their Anselmi Ridge 300-lot residential community at Pukekohe. Haven have engaged Construkt to design five houses, some of which are illustrated above. Construkt’s designs for these houses follow the design guidelines prepared for Anselmi Ridge by Construkt and Oculus intended to encourage contemporary architecture with a recognisable rural flavour.
