Lower Shotover Road House
Situated in the Wakatipu Basin, this Mason & Wales house has been designed in a pavilion style providing a functional layout with a strong connection to the outstanding mountainous backdrop. A mixture of quality natural and some local materials have been used in the construction with high ceilings and full height glazing making the most of the surrounding landscape.
