Khyber Pass Road
What looks like a new building, is in fact a two-storey extension and re-cladding of an existing commercial premises. Suspending two levels of offices over a cardeck, without internal columns, was a structural challenge. The façade explores the potential of the unitised curtain-wall system to read as a “skin”, cut away to signify the entrances, cardeck level and to allow full height glazing to the premium corner aspect.
