Birmingham Road Warehouse and Offices
This project is located in Auckland. ProDesigners Architects Ltd was engaged to design an extension to the front of the property, to maximise the internal floor area and also maximise external parking facilities below. A curtain wall facade allows light to fill the new internal spaces, and helps the new floors to feel open. The facade also provides the building with a modern, clean, street fontage. Access was also inproved for fork-lift truck entry at the back of the building. This new warehouse and extension is approximately 870m². The finished building opened in April 2016.
