Osprey Hotel
An eight-level hotel is being proposed at 6 Mile, Port Moresby which will accommodate some 200 standard, deluxe and executive rooms. Complete with cafés, ATM/banking facilities and a flight centre for airport transfers, there will also be a 360˚-view revolving restaurant overlooking Jackson’s airport to the north and the city to the south. Negotiations are being finalised with the Client, NAC and relevant authorities for further stages of documentation. Estimated cost K350 million.
