HBAL Car Rental Valet
This project consisted of the re-purposing of an existing aircraft hangar located to the east of ABB facilities, in the HBAL Business Park. The existing structure is a kitset industrial building, and as such needed to be structurally upgraded in order to make the building ‘fit-for–purpose’ and be made compliant with current building standards and codes. The vehicle storage and visitor parking areas required the formation of a new secure hardstand area for approximately 195 Rental cars and 4 visitor cars. Diligent approach in design and consideration was also given to stormwater.
