A network of internal and external laneways lined with retail and hospitality businesses creates a vibrant, permeable ground floor that extends the waterfront’s public realm. Apartments feature dual aspects, spacious layouts and recessed decks, offering privacy and comfort for year-round living.The building’s thoughtfully composed forms reflect the rhythm and scale of the surrounding heritage woolsheds, while its varied height creates a distinctive navigational marker visible from multiple vantage points across Ahuriri.
