Rogan Nash Architects is a small studio designing high-end homes and bespoke renovations. Our work is design-led, detail-focused, and tailored to clients who value quality and craft. We’re looking for an experienced professional to join us on a contract basis, with flexibility around hours and working arrangements.
The Role
We are seeking an Architect, Senior Graduate, or Architectural Technician with strong technical capability and residential experience. This role can be full-time or part-time, with a mix of in-office (2–3 days per week) and remote working.
Ideal Candidate
You will be passionate, proactive and able to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:
-Minimum 12 years experience in the New Zealand architectural profession
-Comprehensive ArchiCAD skills (essential)
-Extensive knowledge of NZ building codes and standards
-Proficiency in construction detailing and a strong technical ability
-Ability to document complex, large-scale homes for both resource consent and building consent
-Experience in high-end residential projects (essential)
