Rohan Collett Architects is an established small practice based in Christchurch with a diverse portfolio of projects throughout New Zealand.We are seeking a motivated architectural graduate or draftsperson, with at least two years of New Zealand residential work experience, to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Candidates require the following attributes:
• Revit skills and experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and reliably
• Comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand construction methods and regulations (NZBC)
• New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa
The following attributes are not essential but would be an advantage:
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Twinmotion
• Familiarity with Homestar performance and sustainability requirements
