Anna-Marie Chin Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician/Draftsperson on a fixed term, contract role basis (while a Team member is on leave) to assist with project delivery. Based in Arrowtown, our work is known for bespoke, high-end projects that respond uniquely to site, materiality, and craft.What we’re looking for:
• 6+ years’ architectural technician experience
• Expert proficiency in Revit and advanced 3D modelling is essential
• Understand high end bespoke residential detailing
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and problem-solve
• Knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and construction methods
• Ability to work within a team environment
The role:
• To assist in Contract Documentation
• The location is flexible - can be in the Arrowtown Office or remote
• Fixed term contract role from 1st September to 30th November 2025
