Are you an experienced Architectural Graduate or CAD Technician looking for a full time position in the south island town of Timaru?If you’re passionate about design, enthusiastic about your work, and ready to take the next step in your architectural career, we’d love to hear from you!
You will have;
Completed your Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree, New Zealand Certificate of Draughting, or a similar qualification, and be working towards registration or LBP3
Strong Revit 3D modelling, ACC experience, and proficiency in construction documentation and presentation documents
A sound understanding of the New Zealand construction industry and building regulations
A keen design eye and attention to detail
Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills and professional experience
A current full New Zealand driver’s license
This role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years' post masters or LBP2 work experience in a New Zealand architectural practice.
