Guy Tarrant Architects is an award-winning and innovative practice. We are looking for an experienced architectural graduate or registered architect to support the realisation and delivery of bespoke, high-quality residential projects.Applicants must:
• have a minimum of 5 years working in a New Zealand architectural practice
• have a high level of ArchiCad proficiency and strong skills in rendering and visualisation
• be able to develop design concepts and produce three-dimensional models to a very high standard
• demonstrate experience in delivering clear and concise resource consent and building consent documentation
• have a thorough understanding of construction methodology and a genuine interest in the way in which buildings are put together
• be experienced in dealing with other consultants who contribute to the design and documentation process
• have a high standard of written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
• have the right to work in New Zealand and be able to provide references.
This is a rewarding role within a design-focused practice that is committed to producing a consistently high standard of work. You will work closely with the practice principal and will be involved in all stages of the architectural process.
