An employment opportunity is available for an Experienced Architectural Technician, Experienced Architectural Graduate, or Registered Architect.
We are looking for a person with proven Technical experience and the right attitude who can hit the ground running to join our Dunedin-based team. This position will offer the right applicant long term career opportunities working on quality projects throughout New Zealand.
For your Application to be considered, you must have:
• New Zealand Residency and a minimum of five years' experience in the New Zealand construction industry
• Previous experience in a similar New Zealand-based role
• The ability to work both independently and as part of our team based in our Dunedin Office
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Autodesk Revit, and be able to produce working drawings for Building Consent and Construction purposes with minimal supervision
• Excellent technical drawing skills
• Strong communication skills
