An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Hamilton office for a New Zealand Registered Architect with a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience who is looking to further their skills while developing clear, long-term career prospects within an established and supportive practice.Our projects are as diverse as our people with a collaborative environment and continual support from our four other studios throughout New Zealand.
We require a talented individual with the following attributes;
· NZ Registration (or equivalent overseas and working towards NZ registration)
· In-depth knowledge of the NZ Construction Industry and regulations
· Thorough working knowledge of Revit & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
· Attention to detail and proven design skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Comfortable juggling multiple projects
· Exceptional documentation skills
· Good onsite and contract admin skills
· Leadership skills
· A self-starter
· Focussed, efficient & hardworking
· Flexible and adaptable
· Personality, sense of humour and a team member
