About the Role:
Your role will be part of a team taking initial design concepts through to comprehensive documentation for construction and building consent. This is a great opportunity to work alongside our team to bring designs to life. It will be a technical role with opportunity to work closely with Designers and Architects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use Revit (and Autocad) to create detailed construction drawing packages and specifications.
• Work with the consultant team and technical standards to coordinate the full solution.
• Prepare and lodge building consent applications and follow through with RFI responses

What We Are Looking For:
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in New Zealand as an Architectural Technician with proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of NZBC, NZS 3604, and compliance/consent requirements for effective design and technical drawings.
• A team player and good communicator.
• Someone who has initiative to follow through with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• High attention to detail, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
• Full New Zealand working rights and a valid driver’s license for site measures and observations.
