Are you a talented Technician with a passion for producing architectural documentation to the highest standard? Do you possess exceptional Revit skills and a passion for bringing design visions to life? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Architectural Technician.

About Us: You will be working with a long established architectural firm renowned for our commitment to excellence. We specialize in delivering outstanding projects across various sectors, and we're dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Our offices have just been renewed, we are close to the motorway, nearby cafes, a gym, and easy off-site parking

Position Overview: As a Senior Architectural Technician, you'll play a key role in our design process, contributing your expertise in both technical proficiency and team leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks with particular attention to the delivery of developed and detailed design, and with ample opportunities for mentorship and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical aspects of projects from developed design through to detailed design
• Assist with contract administration and site observation
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Lead and mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment through effective communication and teamwork
• Specification preparation

About you:
• Minimum of 5 years New Zealand experience
• Excellent proficiency in Revit software
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively and independently
• Demonstrated experience in project leadership and mentorship
