We’re on the hunt for a Senior Revit / BIM Technician to join our Architecture team with a passion for digital delivery and a sharp eye for detail. If you take pride in producing well-coordinated models, enjoy tackling complex technical challenges, and want to see your documentation confidently built on-site, this could be your ideal next step.
What You’ll Bring:
10+ years in architectural documentation, including 5+ years in the NZ construction industry.
Mastery of Autodesk Revit, with deep understanding of modelling standards and workflows.
Solid experience using AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Enscape for cross-platform coordination.
Strong knowledge of NZBC, technical detailing, and documentation for local compliance.
A detail-focused mindset and the ability to deliver independently.
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working with others.
