Job Description
New Architectural Graduate, Background in boatbuilding, with experience in construction.In 2024, I completed my master’s thesis and graduated with Second Class Honours from Unitec’s Master of Architecture program.
I am currently working for Stopdigging Auckland, where I install ground screws as an alternative to timber pile foundations. This role has developed my understanding of the construction process from a sub-floor perspective. My goal is to apply these practical skills, alongside my academic background, in a full-time role as a Junior Architectural Graduate.
Prior to my architectural studies, I spent ten years as a boatbuilder, specialising in the construction and finishing of high-performance racing yachts for the America’s Cup and Olympic competitions. This experience strengthened my attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, skills
I hope to further use in architectural work.
