Peregrine Winery
A winery set in the beautiful Gibbston Valley, Otago. The buildings roof design was inspired by images of a bird in flight. While looking quite striking it also serves a practical purpose having the correct gradient to prevent snow build up and also constructed from materials that assist with solar loading.
