Comercial renovation
Renovation to 500sqm of existing office and warehouse in Aucklands' CBD. The original buildings were constructed in 1960 and 1980. We have completely gutted and rebuilt to new. Replacing the front facade' with a glass light box. We have utilised the existing structure and incorporated this into the design to create a modern finish. New roofs, offices, kitchen and bathroom areas. New clerestory windows for ventilation and light. The finished building is both practical and welcoming for the tenants and customers.
