Carlton Gore Road
Carlton Gore Road is in an area where housing can co-exist happily with retail and commercial uses. As the highly successful Construkt-designed Domain Terraces development nearby demonstrated, residents can enjoy the proximity to vibrant shopping on Broadway and the almost rural charms of Auckland’s Domain Park. Construkt were briefed to design a mixed–use development comprising retail and office space along with several apartments. The design has double height retail at ground level, with offices behind and nineteen two and three-bed apartments above, eleven of which overlook Carlton Gore Road whereas eight at the rear have balconies overlooking an elevated courtyard.
